Is a delightful ground floor and wheelchair accessible apartment with French doors leading out onto a private secure courtyard garden. It can sleep up to 4/5 people. Up to 2 dogs can accepted in this unit (except school summer holidays & key major Bridlington events such as the annual Scooter Rally).

The apartment itself consists of a family bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with standard size sofa bed, kitchen, and shower-room. As with all our apartments, this unit benefits from complimentary Wi-Fi and on-street parking for the duration of your stay.

Parking bays are located immediately around the property in the street that the property is situated in and the permit can also be used in any available parking bay in Parking Zone B in Bridlington.

Duvets, pillows, and bed linen are provided as standard. Customers are welcome to bring their own bed linen and towels should they wish.

A travel cot and highchair can be loaned subject to availability at no charge.

Disabled Accessibility Information - This apartment has waist height light switches and sockets and appropriately placed handrails and a pull-down toilet rail. A raised toilet seat, portable shower stool and portable wheelchair ramps are available on request. N.B. The shower is in a contained shower cubicle with hinged door & with a step-in tray, so it is not a wet room. Also, non-wheelchair users with mobility issues, please note there is 1 step to kitchen with a handrail, but the ramp is still available if required. There is a fire door between the living room and the kitchen. This apartment is not suitable for unaccompanied/ unassisted customers with mobility needs. If in any doubt as to the apartments suitability for specific disability-needs it is advisable to liaise with the owner prior to making a booking request.
